Michele Osborne is third generation Hafner Vineyard team member. Her grandmother helped with mailings in the '80s and her mom worked here for 10 years. Michele is also a fifth generation Alexander Valley resident! A dedicated mother of two, she and her husband spend their weekends helping their daughters race in the "outlaw go kart" races. As a teenager, Michele worked the bottling line and shares some fun memories of working on the line with Parke.

Antonio Ordaz is part of the vineyard team, specializing in tractor driving. He and his family live here on the ranch. His bountiful garden produces chiles, tomatoes and much more. A chef at heart, he uses his homegrown vegetables for dinners with family and friends. The deal with his wife though... he cooks and she cleans! On the blog, Antonio also shares one of his fears when driving tractors... spiders!

Even after 22 years, Chema still enjoys the jobs that are fast paced. He's the guy the team turns to when they need to set trellis wires because he walks very briskly with a skip in his step. Might be from all the dancing he likes to do! Something people might not know...his son, Chemia ("Little Chema") also works at Hafner Vineyard with him.
