The 2022 Blanc de Blancs has just been released. 

This is the first year that we were able to produce enough to remove any limits like in the past and to offer a Tasting Package. As with all our wines, a Tasting Package includes two bottles at the 2+ case price as a way for patrons to taste the wine at home with friends and family before stocking their cellars. 

In the past few years, the Blanc de Blancs has sold out very quickly, so we expect it to sell out promptly again this year. 

Our Blanc de Blancs, as its name implies, is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown here at Hafner Vineyard. We follow the techniques used in Champagne, France (called Méthode Champeonoise). This requires meticulous care to produce a delicate, balanced and complex sparkling wine. To learn more about the 2022 vintage, read the Winemaker's Notes here.
