The 2022 Blanc de Blancs is available for pre-order now. It will be released on November 3 and shipped to your home. To learn more abou the 2022 vintage, read the Winemaker's Notes here. 

This is the first year that we were able to produce enough to remove any limits like in the past and to offer case pricing. Ordering by the case yields the best value. 

In the past few years, the Blanc de Blancs has sold out very quickly, so we expect it to sell out promptly again this year. 

Our Blanc de Blancs, as its name implies, is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown here at Hafner Vineyard. We follow the techniques used in Champagne, France (called Méthode Champeonoise). This requires meticulous care to produce a delicate, balanced and complex sparkling wine. 

Patrons have also been adding it to their Annual Tasting Program and creating Standing Case Orders. Just let us know if you would like to do the same.
