When patrons visited this Spring, we enjoyed sharing this Wine Library 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon. It is now sold out. 

At ten years of age, it is a perfect example of how our Cabernets develop and age. The 2009 has aromas of black cherries, fresh mint and cassis. It is soft and rich on the palate with smoky, toasty, cigar box and sweet vanilla flavors. It is lovely now but will continue to age well for several more years. 

For the month of June (or until supplies last), we wanted to share this Wine Library vintage with all our patrons, hoping that it might be a great addition to Summer meals from the grill, an impressive gift or a vintage to wow your friends. We hope you enjoy this opportunity to taste a ten-year-old Cabernet.
