We were pleased with the success of our inaugural vintage the 2020 Blanc de Blancs which sold out in just three weeks last year.

Many patrons have been asking us to pre-order the 2021 vintage, so we wanted to make that available to everyone. The 2021 Blanc de Blancs will not be released until November 2024. You can pre-order as much as you would like to ensure that you do not miss this vintage.

You will not be billed until October and we will contact you before shipping. 

Patrons have also been adding it to their Annual Tasting Program and creating Standing Case Orders. Just let us know if you would like to do the same.

Our Blanc de Blancs, as its name implies, is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown here at Hafner Vineyard. We follow the techniques used in Champagne, France (called Méthode Champeonoise). This requires meticulous care to produce a delicate, balanced and complex sparkling wine.
