The 2021 vintage (currently being served in top California restaurants) has aromas of lime blossom, apple candy, and lychee, with flavors of pomelo and Charentais melon, resulting from a cool growing season that intensified the fruit character. The 2022 vintage presents floral notes of jasmine and Eureka lemon with flavors of pink grapefruit and toasted brioche, thanks to a mild season with cool, foggy nights. Both vintages were fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation, creating a balance of crisp citrus and creamy richness. These Chardonnays are perfect for summer gatherings, pairing beautifully with grilled seafood, fresh salads, or simply enjoyed on a warm evening.
