Made in the traditional Burgundian style, the 2021 Reserve Chardonnay opens with orange blossom, pink grapefruit, and oyster shell aromas. Elegant, it has poached pear, lemon zest and flinty flavors. The vanilla toastiness from barrel fermentation and extended barrel aging enhance its bouquet. Lovely now, the 2021 has the structure and complexity to allow it to develop for at least another year or two.

A double-size bottle is impressive and makes every gathering more festive. A magnum yields 10 - 12 glasses of wine. With Winemaker's Notes.
