To celebrate Valentine's Day, we've paired our popular 2022 Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine with a five-piece box of Chocolate Salted Caramels from our neighbor, Volo Chocolate.

Our sparkling wine is made with traditional methods from Champagne. It is Blanc de Blancs which the name implies comes from Chardonnay. It is bright and lively with pear, pomelo and yeasty notes.

The decadent Chocolate Salted Caramels are covered with Volo’s dark chocolate and topped by a touch of Maldon Salt, packed in a stylish box, produced by our favorite local artisan chocolatier.
