This Collection showcases the bright, fruit-forward style of our main Chardonnay, blending Californian and Burgundian winemaking techniques. The 2021 vintage (currently being served in top California restaurants) has aromas of lime blossom, apple candy, and lychee, with flavors of pomelo and Charentais melon, resulting from a cool growing season that intensified the fruit character. The 2022 vintage presents floral notes of jasmine and Eureka lemon with flavors of pink grapefruit and toasted brioche, thanks to a mild season with cool, foggy nights. Both vintages were fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation, creating a balance of crisp citrus and creamy richness. These Chardonnays are perfect for summer gatherings, pairing beautifully with grilled seafood, fresh salads, or simply enjoyed on a warm evening.
