The 2021 Blanc de Blancs is sold out. Thanks to many patrons who stocked their cellar with our second release. The 2022 Blanc de Blancs will be available in November. If you would like to pre-order it, please email us. 

Our Blanc de Blancs, as its name implies, is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown here at Hafner Vineyard. We follow the techniques used in Champagne, France (called Méthode Champeonoise). This requires meticulous care to produce a delicate, balanced and complex sparkling wine. 

Patrons have also been adding it to their Annual Tasting Program and creating Standing Case Orders. Just let us know if you would like to do the same.
