We were very excited to release our inaugural sparkling wine and amazed that it sold out in just three weeks, our fastest sell out yet. Thank you to hundreds of patrons who made this first vintage such a success. We look forward to the 2021 Blanc de Blancs being released in November 2024.

Our Blanc de Blancs, as its name implies, is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown here at Hafner Vineyard. We follow the techniques used in Champagne, France (called Méthode Champeonoise). This requires meticulous care to produce a delicate, balanced and complex sparkling wine.

In this first year, we made just 300 cases and have been carefully increasing each year. We look forward to next year when we hope to have the Blanc de Blancs available for longer.
