It is our wine club where you receive two bottles of each release at the best price possible.

There are two shipments per year - one in March and one in September. If you add the sparkling wine, it is released and shipped in November.

All Wines Program

• March Shipment: two bottles each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserve Chardonnay (plus two bottles of Rosé if you add it)
• September Shipment: two bottles each Chardonnay and Next Red (Malbec blend)

8 bottles total per year, 10 if you add Rosé, 12 if you add Blanc de Blancs

Red Wine Program

• March Shipment: two bottles each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Library Cabernets
• September Shipment: two bottles of Next Red (Malbec blend)

6 bottles total per year, 8 if you add Rosé, 10 if you add Blanc de Blancs

White & Rosé Program

• March Shipment: two bottles each of Reserve Chardonnay, Rosé and Library Chardonnays
• September Shipment: two bottles of Chardonnay

8 bottles per year, 10 if you add Blanc de Blancs

Yes! Before each release, we offer fun Collections of Library vintages at a special price for you to add to your shipment. We will notify you when that window is open to add addition wines.

You can certainly change Programs between All Wines, Red Wines and White + Rosé Wines at the end of each year.

Unfortunately we cannot make substitutions on these Programs. We have three different options in hopes that one will fit your needs. We understand that not all wines are your favorites, so we encourage you to share the wines with friends and family or give it as a gift. If you plan to gift a bottle and would like a watercolor notecard, please let us know. We are happy to enclose one in your next shipment.

We bill you for the entire Program in February. Any wines that you add throughout the year at each release will be billed separately.

If you include Blanc de Blancs, we bill that separately in November.

The Program continues year-to-year. We'll send you all the details in January. At that point, you can let us know of any changes (shipping addresses, billing details, shipping dates, etc.). If we don't hear from you, we assume you want the wine and the Program continues. It's a "no news is good news" philosophy. You can opt out at any time.

We understand things change, so cancelling is no problem. You can cancel at any time. Please call us at (707) 433-4606 and we are happy to help.

We created the Annual Tasting Program in 1993, before wine clubs became a familiar part of the wine industry. We chose the name because our goal has always been simple: to share the wines we love making with the patrons who enjoy discovering and tasting them throughout the year. We hope each shipment becomes an opportunity to gather around the table with family and friends, open a bottle, share a meal, and create lasting memories. After all, we believe that's how wine is meant to be enjoyed.

We ship UPS Ground. FedEx upon request. The cost is $7/two bottles, so between $21 and $35 depending on the quantity of bottles in your Program.

We subsidize more than half of the shipping charge for you.

Yes, UPS (and FedEx) require an adult signature. If UPS misses you on their first attempt, they will hold your wine at an Access Point nearby and let you know where it is. Access Points can be UPS Stores, CVS, Michael's, or other businesses. You will need a government issued ID to pick up the package.

Absolutely! In fact, we suggest you ship to a business so that there is an adult there to sign for the package.

Yes, of course. The sooner you let us know, the better. We can hold or delay shipments that are planned months in advance. Please let us know no later than one week before the shipment is scheduled to be sent.

Yes, we are happy to hold the wine for you to pick up. We are open weekdays from 8 am until 4:30 pm. Please let us know if you'd like to do this and we will share more details.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, it's one of our most popular gift items, particularly for parents to give to their adult children.

We send a letter letting the recipient know that the wines will come throughout the year, including the specific wines and the shipping dates. They are welcome to change the shipping dates (not the wines). We also enclose your personal gift message on a watercolor notecard, so they know the gift is from you.

You can give the Program at any point in the year. Your gift recipient will receive all the wines in the Program for that year.

Typically, patrons choose to give the Program around the Holidays for the upcoming year, so their recipients receive a letter about the wines coming in the future, building excitement for the new year.

No, they do not. If you would like the gift Program to continue (or renew) automatically year to year, please let us know. We will confirm this with you each year before any wine shipments go out.
