We use text messaging (SMS) to stay in touch with patrons about orders, wine releases, tracking information, events, and other updates they’ve asked to hear about. By signing up for our texts, patrons have agreed to these terms.
What You Can Expect
When you opt in, you may receive occasional texts from us; these may be conversational, informational or promotional. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You don’t need to make a purchase to sign up, and you can opt out at any time.
Who Can Enroll
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States. We verify age at signup by asking for your date of birth. We do not knowingly enroll anyone under 21, and we will remove any number we learn belongs to someone underage.
You must also be the subscriber of the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. We’ll confirm when you’ve been unsubscribed.

Your Consent
By giving us your mobile number, you agree that we (and our service provider, RedChirp) can send you texts. You confirm you have the authority to use that phone number and consent to those messages being recorded and stored. You can opt out at any time either by replying STOP to texts or email us at info@hafnervineyard.com

Carriers
Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our texting service means you agree to the changes. This service is provided "as is", and we’re not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from use of our SMS platform.
