Each January, we offer special for restocking cellars after the Holidays. This mixed case was only available in January. Thanks to many patrons who ordered it. We hope you enjoy it. 

 

The 2014 has bright aromas of fraises des bois, cola spice, fennel, ripe plums and mint. It has flavors of Serrano ham, allspice, oyster shell and toasty vanilla. The 2016 has notes of cola, juniper berries and boysenberries. It is round and supple with flavors of strawberries, granite, dark chocolate and mint. The 2018 opens with notes of mulberries, black cherries, nutmeg, violets and cola spice. It is round on the palate with flavors of Picholine olives, anise, bittersweet chocolate and toasted bread.
