Chardonnay

2007 Chardonnay

Bigger than the 2006; luscious, juicy-fruit, hints of pears; bright aromas. Crisp, aromatic in the mouth due to its youth; well balanced, lively; will continue to develop for two more years.

2006 Chardonnay

 In its prime. Green apples, citrus notes, perfumey, floral notes; well-balanced. Sweet fruit entry, sweet fruit richness in the mouth, drinking wonderfully. Enjoy now or within a year.

2005 Chardonnay

Lovely, young; pear and sweet grapefruit aromas, soft vanilla. Good balance and development. Crisp entry, good finish, clean. Enjoy now.

Reserve Chardonnay

2006 Reserve Chardonnay

Creamy vanilla and butterscotch notes, flintiness, young. In the mouth sweet cream, pears, mineral flavors, creamy finish.

2005 Reserve Chardonnay

Lovely fiinty and mineral notes, hints of pears, touch of rich vanilla from oak aging. Grapefruit entry in the mouth, flinty, sweet cream richness.

2004 Reserve Chardonnay

Pretty nose, grapefruit, flinty and mineral notes, sweet butterscotch/vanilla, lively. In the mouth, young fruit, sweet toast, hint of butterscotch, grapefruit zest in the finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas are still a little closed in. Hint of mint, vanilla, cassis, briars. In the mouth, black fruits, dark chocolate. Chewy, young fresh.

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

Lovely, rich, aromas of cassis and other sweet fruit, hint of mint, Darker color than other vintages. Crisp, chewy in the mouth with sweet fruit richness, cherry, dark chocolate. Very young.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon

One of Parke's favorites. Minty, cola, rich fruit aromas of plums and dark fruits, earthy. In the mouth, dark chocolate, hint of menthol.

2001 Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich with black pepper notes, beefy component. Aromas of cassis and black cherries. In the mouth: rich, chewy, green tannins, rough closing. Still quite young.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon

A little lighter in style than other vintages. Cherry/cassis, tobacco, cedar notes. Soft and supple in the mouth, milk chocolate.

1999 Cabernet Sauvignon

Briar aromas, tobacco/earthy notes, dried cherries. Crisp, sweet fruit in the middle, mint, lively, hint of vanilla and smokiness.

1998 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of tobacco, cedar, hint of smokiness, toasted bread. Chewy, mint and red fruit (strawberry, cherry) components, lighter than 1997.

1997 Cabernet Sauvignon

Dusty, bittersweet chocolate, tighter aromatics, hint of mint, cherries. Dark chocolate, less fruit sweetness than other vintages, aging more slowly, sill young.

Aromas of dried cherries, beef, deep/rich aromas of tobacco, earthy, cigar box. A little closed in. Spicy.

1995 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of plum, dark chocolate and herbs, hint of sweet vanilla. Rich, sweet middle, good tannic (dark chocolate) finish in the mouth.

1994 Cabernet Sauvignon

Vanilla, cedar, cassis and currants; smokiness/tobacco. Nice smooth entry in the mouth, dark chocolate middle, medium body, elegant.

1993 Cabernet Sauvignon

Interesting nose: beef, briar, mint, violets. A little sweet in the mouth, sweetness coming from the fruit, big aromas. Rich, lovely.

1992 Cabernet Sauvignon

Intriguing. Very developed nose, milk chocolate, cherry berry fruit aromas, hint of tomatoes. In the mouth, soft, silky, dark chocolate; chewy sweet fruit finish.
