When we survey our patrons, that response is what we get. And we couldn’t be more pleased. “Great service” is our mantra!

People say words that are music to our ears. They tell us our service is: personal, dependable, prompt, caring, friendly.

The Personal touch: When patrons call, they get someone they know: Scott Hafner or Laurie Williams. Or Sandy Wilson or Michele Osborne, cousins who grew up just a few miles away. Sometimes Dick or Mary Hafner.

Dependable: Patrons count on us for their wine and wine gifts. They know we'll take care of all the details, delivering what they want, when and where they want it.

Prompt: No one beats Steve Miller for getting Hafner wine orders out on time. First we send a postcard with the delivery date. Then we ourselves deliver many cases door to door, person to person, in northern California. National carriers do the rest. And we can track any delivery.

Caring: Wine is a great gift. We are honored that our patrons depend on our wine gifts to convey their deep feelings of affection, congratulations, appreciation.
